Agriculture flourished in Taber with their sugar beet processing factory leading to high-quality sugar production. Today, Taber is best known for its famously sweet corn, thriving farmlands, and deep-rooted prairie heritage. Over time, Lethbridge has transformed into a vibrant city known for its stunning coulees, iconic High Level Bridge, and thriving arts and culinary scenes.
