Chef Jordan has curated a menu for our Easter Dinner Series that is sure to deliver flavour! This months Dinner is a three course meal with beer pairings managed by Chef Jordan and Brewmaster Brady. Taste the amazing dishes and learn about how each brew pairs with them!
Appetizer - Vegetable Nest Salad Beets, carrots & pea shoots with a cherry thyme vinaigrette served in a noodle basket.
Dinner - Beer braised ham and au gratin potatoes with a mustard cheese sauce.
Dessert - Pilsbury cookie cheesecake with edible cadbury cookie dough.
Cocktails will start at 6pm | Dinner served at 7pm
