We’re serving up a new Friday tradition—Food Truck Fridays return to Nikka Yuko starting Friday, May 16, and continuing every Friday throughout the season!

Come enjoy a rotating lineup of Lethbridge’s favourite local food trucks, featuring everything from wood-fired pizza and sizzling barbecue to tacos, poutine, and sweet treats. Whether you’re grabbing lunch with coworkers or planning a dinner picnic with family and friends, Food Truck Fridays are your perfect end-of-week stop.
